BPS tons of PHP calls

Ive been having some issues with one site using BPS, It seems to be running a ton of PHP calls. Ive been monitoring it with top and its almost full with one site. When I turn off BPS, it stops. I tried reinstalling BPS, and it just bloats back up again.

I’m not sure what to do… Its grinding my server to a halt. Unfortunately this happened after the latest upgrade, other sites with the upgrade are not exhibiting this issue….

Manually delete and reinstall BPS Pro:
1.  Use FTP or your web host control panel file manager and delete the /bulletproof-security/ plugin folder.
2. Reinstall the BPS Pro zip file using the WordPress Upload zip installer.

Will merely deleting the folder “zero me out” on BPS, I did that yesterday, but didn’t have to re-activate BPS….

Manually deleting the BPS Pro plugin folder just removes all BPS Pro files and does not change any of your BPS Pro database settings.  I’m not really sure what you mean by “tons of PHP calls”.  Are you seeing error messages?  Can you post something that shows what you are talking about?
