ParticipantBPS is blocking the options dropdown menu in Admin area. I checked the whitelist and there are four files listed. I also reran the setup wizards and that didn’t resolve the problem either.
Here are the whitelisted files
/mega_main_menu/src/js/frontend.js,
/mega_main_menu/framework/src/js/bootstrap.js,
/mega_main_menu/framework/src/js/colorpicker.js,
/mega_main_menu/framework/src/js/mm_option_generator.js,

KeymasterDo you see any BPS Security Log entries that are related to Megamenu? If so, post them in your reply. Do the BPS Pro troubleshooting steps here to isolate which security feature is causing the problem > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting The most likely security features causing the problem are #1, #2 or #3.

ParticipantThe megamenu path is in the whitelist, so do I need to create a bypass rule? I followed the first four troubleshooting steps and none of them worked.

KeymasterTry doing BPS Pro troubleshooting steps #1, #2 and #3 > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting If the problem is still occurring then BPS is not causing the problem. I did a google search and the problem may be caused by Mod Security > https://wordpress.org/support/topic/403-forbidden-error-can-not-make-any-changes/
