Unable to register/login on new cloned website

Hello,

I purchased BPS Pro, and have it on several sites. I recently cloned a site to a different domain and BPS Transferred to the new site along with the rest of the clone.

I tried to get BPS to prompt my so i can get BPS registered on the new site, but it still thinks it’s on the old site.

IS there a way to register BPS on the new site.

Please email me only at my “Your Email (required) email address, as the Your Name (required) is a PayPal Email address and I do not check it.

Confirmed Solution:

I’m guessing you did not change your database connection information in your wp-config.php file and you are still connecting to your old site’s database.  If you have changed the domain URL then BPS Pro will display a message that the BPS Pro Activation Key does not match the website and you need to request a new BPS Pro Activation Key.
