quickest way to delete old bps backup

Hi I had an entire server compromised, cleaned everything up, but the bps-backup folder is still showing the malware in my scans. What is the quickest way to delete that folder and reestablish it? Should I just do a fresh wizard setup (instead of deleting each folder and recreating)

Go to BPS Pro menu > AutoRestore page > turn off AutoRestore.
Click the Root Files > Delete Backup Files button.
Click the wp-admin Files > Delete Backup Files button.
Click the wp-includes Files > Delete Backup Files button.
Click the wp-content Files > Delete Backup Files button.
Go to the Setup Wizard page > Run the Pre-Installation Wizard and Setup Wizard.
