Hi,
Since returning from vacation, I have been unable to access the features of BPS Pro: blank screen. I have enabled/disabledBPS Pro, then re-registered the activation key: no improvement.
What else can I do?
Thank you for your help.

KeymasterI don’t see any recent Activation Key requests from you on my end. Try deactivating all other plugins and try to request a new Activation Key. Also been having automated email problems for 2 months now. I don’t know if WordPress itself is now doing that or my web host Mail server. I can manually email your Activation Key once I see a successful Activation Key request from your website.

KeymasterI just tested requesting a new Activation Key for my ait-pro.com domain and the Activation Key request was successful. So there isn’t a problem with my API server.

KeymasterI need to see what is happening on the site. Send a WordPress Administrator login for the site to: info@ait-pro.com.

Participantok, i just send you a WordPress Administrator login.

KeymasterThe problem appears to be server-side. First thing to try is to change your PHP server version from 7.4.33 to at least 8.1 in your web host control panel.

ParticipantFollowing your intervention in the back office, I was able to activate BPS pro without any problems, then change the PHP version to 8.4, and finally I updated the plugins and WP, and now everything is OK.
Thanks 🙂 -
