Hi,
My Host just moved my working, issue-free site to the cloud, it’s a nightmare. Following 500 internal errors the Host deactivated BPS Pro along with my BPS Pro .htaccess file containing custom code replacing it with another file.
The Host has now advised I can re-activate BPS Pro but cannot use the former .htaccess file. Upon clicking “activate” I get “The plugin bulletproof-security/bulletproof-security.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist”. Although I can see files in cPanel.
Should I just delete BPS Pro in my plugins and re-install a fresh one from scratch? I don’t know how to do this having the Pro version and would appreciate your advice on the steps, and any other comments.
I know the BPS Pro Activation Key for my site – and have a copy of my .htaccess file customizations.
I look forward to your reply and thank you for your time in advance.
