The Imunify360 (immunify-security) plugin is mandatory on my hosting server, but I’m having trouble configuring BPS Pro to ignore changes in the code wp-content/imunify-security folder.
Here is what I’ve tried so far:
On the Quarantine page: I entered the path and clicked the “Exclude Folder/File” button. I received a success message: “Folder and all subfolders and files have been Excluded successfully.” Despite this, BPS continues to send the files to quarantine.
On the ARQ page (under the ‘Exclude wp-content Folders’ tab): I entered the folder name exactly as it is (without typos) and clicked “Save Folder Excludes Rules”. However, I get the following error: ‘Error: Incorrect Folder Exclude rule. The Folder Exclude rule: backups-dup-pro is not a valid folder name/path or the folder does not exist under the wp-content folder. Click the Question Mark help button to see examples of valid folder exclude rules/paths.’
It seems BPS is referencing a completely different folder (backups-dup-pro) in the error message, even though I typed imunify-security.
How can I successfully force ARQ to stop watching and quarantining this folder?
