Migration Problems

I am migrating one of my domains to a new server and keep getting the following error when trying to setup bps and I can’t get into my wordpress admin control panel after this comes up what is causing this error? I am using Migration procedure.
404 – File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Are your WordPress Settings >>> General settings correct?
WordPress Address (URL)
Site Address (URL)
Delete the .htaccess file in your website root folder. login to your website and go to the BPS Security Modes page and click the Root Folder BulletProof Mode Activate button
