ParticipantIs there any kind of overall logging of malicious login attempts for a year in BPS Pro?
A summary of BFHS – Blocked/Forbidden Hacker or Spammers?
I have a client who likes annual rundowns / reports on his website, and I thought maybe there’s something in BPS Pro other than Security Log which seems to show only 1-2 days of this.
Thanks,
Beatty

KeymasterNope never bothered with adding any gimmicks in BPS Pro. You could go through all the Security Log zip file emails and tally the totals up. Here’s an example summary of 1 Security Log zip file email.
Total # of Security Log Entries by Type:
Total 403 GET Request Log Entries: 568
Total 403 POST Request Log Entries: 10
Total 404 GET Not Found Request Log Entries: 204
Total 405 HEAD Request Log Entries: 111
Total Login Form – POST Request Logged Log Entries: 36
Total WP Register Form – POST Request Logged Log Entries: 1beatty2020
ParticipantOk – I figured that.
So I went through my Security Log zip file emails and found a bunch – as well as one that had this warning email:
In red banner at the top:
This message seems dangerous

Security Log File For: (my client's website): Total # of Security Log Entries by Type: Total 403 GET Request Log Entries: 949
Then this notice from gmail:
Downloading this attachment is disabled. This email has been identified as phishing. If you want to download it and you trust this message, click “Not spam” in the banner above.
I get all kinds of notices about emails from BPS Pro from various clients’ websites but never anything in red or sounding so dire.
What should I do with this email?

KeymasterGmail does not allow downloading zip files. You can choose to send Security Log zip files to a web host email address instead.
