    Yep. that’s where I searched. Searched for ARCM in the search box and nothing shows up. Check the screenshot I sent you.

    Nope, you are not searching in the WordPress options database table.  You need to click the qxd_options database table in the left column of Top Level Database tables.  Then do a search in that database table using this search string:  bulletproof_security_options_ARCM.  Also you are not using the PhpMyAdmin Search feature.  The screenshot shows that you using the Filter feature.  Once you have clicked the qxd_options database table then click the PhpMyAdmin Search tab at the top of PhpMyAdmin and enter the correct search string:  bulletproof_security_options_ARCM

    The way that you are using the Search feature in PhpMyAdmin you are going to need to select your qxd_options database table in the “Inside Tables” search setting.  There are several different ways to search a database using the PhpMyAdmin Search feature. 😉

    Thanks. Looking inside worked. There are 2 files:

    • bulletproof_security_options_ARCM_log
    • bulletproof_security_options_ARCM

    Should I delete both of them ?

    Only delete:  bulletproof_security_options_ARCM

    Ok. Deleted bulletproof_security_options_ARCM as suggested in Step 6

    Step 7 Go to the WordPress Plugins page and activate BPS Pro. Files will not be quarantined since AutoRestore is turned Off

    This page isn’t working

    Ok well I hope you did not delete the wrong database entry.  I think at this point you have given it your best try and I need to take over from here.  Send me a WordPress Administrator login to this website and an FTP login to your hosting account to email address:  info at ait-pro dot com.
