ParticipantHi
I’m trying to connect to google calendar API through simply schedule appointments plugin but get 403 error message. Is there any way I can create a skip/bypass rule for this? Security log error message:

KeymasterThere is nothing in the Security Log log entry that would be blocked by BPS. It could be some JavaScript that is being blocked. To confirm or eliminate that BPS is causing the 403 do BPS troubleshooting steps: #1 and #2 > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-free/#bps-free-general-troubleshooting. If the 403 error is still occurring then most likely ModSecurity installed on your web host server is causing the 403 error. Let me know what happens after doing the BPS troubleshooting steps.
Another possibility is that the User Agent is being blocked. The Google Calendar API uses Python. So if the User Agent has python in the User Agent name then it would be blocked by BPS. Post the User Agent field for the Security Log entry above.

ParticipantBrilliant thanks for the quick reply. I have now successfully connected to my calendar by following troubleshooting steps 1 and 2 🙂
