Ad Trackz Gold – unable to create or view files

The Ad Trackz Gold plugin requires that the php.ini allow_url_fopen directive setting is set to On:  allow_url_fopen = On.  If the allow_url_fopen directive setting is set to Off, change it to On in your custom php.ini file.  If you do not have a custom php.ini file or have not created a custom php.ini file for your website contact your Web host and ask them to assist you with this issue.
