all in one migration Blocked

i am tying to export my site with all in one migration and get stock.

at first i looked at “all in one” error logs and i see that message:

so i want to your error log to see what i can do and i dont see any thing.

how can i set permission to all in one?

That error message is an insignificant php error that the all in one migration plugin is logging.  I’m pretty sure that BPS does not block the all in one migration plugin.  What exactly is the problem?
