Description of issue/problem:  The Auction Theme by SiteMile (version 4.8.3 tested) uses external jQuery libraries instead of using the built-in WordPress jQuery libraries.  css and js scripts are hard/forced loaded using non-standard WordPress enqueue methods.

Impact to BPS Pro:  The JTC Anti-Spam|Anti-Hacker jQuery UI Tooltip is not displayed/is broken by hard/force loaded jQuery scripts by the Auction Theme.  BPS Pro plugin pages do not display visually correct:  The Auction Theme is hard/force loading css and js scripts in BPS Pro plugin pages causing css visual changes to BPS Pro plugin visual styles/css code and changes to BPS Pro jQuery code.

Solution/Workaround:  None at this time.  Choose to use or not use JTC Anti-Spam|Anti-Hacker since the jQuery Tooltip is not displayed correctly and live with the BPS Pro plugin pages not displaying visually correct until the Auction Theme code can be fixed by the Auction Theme authors. BPS Pro already contains a function that dequeues other plugin or theme scripts and styles from loading on BPS Pro plugin pages, but in order for that function to work it requires that other plugins or themes are using standard WordPress enqueue methods to enqueue scripts and styles.  hard/force loaded scripts and styles cannot be dequeued because they are not following standard WordPress enqueue methods/coding practices.
