AudioEye – 403 error

on https://fxxxxxxinsurance.com –> inspect –> network

you’ll see 3 403 errors for ‘send’ coming from audioeye. We are thinking it might be something in the .htaccess or is there somewhere else we should be looking?

Answer:

The 403 errors are coming from the AudioEye website and not your website. Somewhere on your website you are linking to this AudioEye website page: https://analytics.audioeye.com/air/v0/send, which is generating the 403 error and this error message: {"message":"Missing Authentication Token"}. You would need to either remove that link or fix whatever AudioEye problem that is occurring.
