Delete Non-WordPress Excluded files database tables and files

Greetings !

I have excluded a few non-wordpress folder by adding the folder path of the folder: /home/accountname/public_html/sitefoldername/non-wordpressfolder

It returned lots of  PHP error log when I deployed the clone to the target site. Is there a way to automatically delete those non-wordpress files immediately with just a click instead of going though all the radio buttons for each files to remove from Non-Wordpress files exclusion in ARQ?

I also need to recreate a new Exclusion for Non-Wordpress folder in the target site but I need to get rid of the files excluded first and theres a lot of them.
