I added my email address in the CC field on the BPS Pro > Display & Alert Options page > changed the AutoRestore is turned Off email alerts to 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and did not get any email alerts. So one of these things below is the cause of the email alerts:
Your host mail server was backlogged/bottlenecked and you are now receiving the old email alerts.
Your host mail server is duplicating emails due to a mail server hiccup.
You need to clear your Browser cache (very unlikely).
