BerqWP caching plugin not working

Hello,
I really need your help.
Your BPS plugin is blocking the operation of the BerqWp.com caching plugin. According to the instructions on the BerqWp website, it is recommended to whitelist their server IP address (137.184.121.65) for proper functioning.

Unfortunately, neither I nor the BerqWp.com support team have been able to configure the plugin to prevent it from blocking BerqWp. My hosting provider also refused to help, stating that the BPS plugin blocks access to many things and they will not deal with it.

I kindly ask for your assistance with this issue. Here is the link to my site’s admin panel:
