BPS Alert! An htaccess file was NOT found

Hello. i have installed BulletProof Security and i get these Alerts :
  BPS Alert! An htaccess file was NOT found in your root folder. Check the BPS Security Status page for more specific information.  
 
BPS Alert! An htaccess file was NOT found in your wp-admin folder. Check the BPS Security Status page for more specific information.
  I click  ” security status page ” and go there. There  i get this : ( check image please ) freeimagehosting.net/txlj9
What do i need to do?

I am back again.
I have checked that topic out and i could not find anything that could help me. 
I have to mention that at the moment i am working on it on localhost ( with IIS 7 manager )
Wondering if i get the errors because it is now on a actual website!
I am doing it on localhost because i am testing it.

Thanks for the help. I finaly fixed. 🙂 Thank you again. I had to backUP and restore and activate them few times to fix it…
