BPS and PayPal Transactions

After the release of BPS in the middle of July all transactions that occur between PayPal and Instamember have stop working. By deactivating the root protection the transactions go through. How do we whitelist transcactions that are processed by PayPal to prevent this problem? I have a feelin this will happen with any ecommerce plugin as well but that is just a guess. What ever was added caused a lot of trouble for clients having access to their members area even though their payments processed properly. It also stop new customers from signing up which is not good. I am using another security plugin at the moment but prefer to use BPS.

Check your BPS Security Log for any log entries that show what is being blocked and post them in your reply.  BPS works with all ecommerce plugins and themes and all types of PayPal buy/purchase systems: PayPal IPN (what we use for BPS Pro purchases), PayPal PDT, Stores, ecommerce stores, Checkouts, Buy Now, etc etc etc.
