BPS menu not aligned

What would be causing the BPS menu to not go horizontal across the page.

My other sites are fine but this one seems to have an issue.

That problem might be caused by the BPS Pro Plugin Firewall being broken by something like Cloudflare, Sucuri, etc. Deactivate the Plugin Firewall for testing and see if the problem goes away.
