    Or another possibility is to create a subscribe list and have folks subscribe so that automated emails can be sent out when BPS Pro upgrades are available if their web hosts are blocking communication with other Servers.

    The AITpro API Server uses the exact same method that WordPress uses to notify users of WordPress upgrades and plugin upgrades so that means the method itself is not being blocked and somewhere the AITpro API Server is being specifically blocked.  This could be in a relay or router somewhere that is involved in the SoftLayer Network.  I will see how many SoftLayer Servers are in the equation to get a better picture of the scale and source of this issue.

    BPS Pro special key is not working anymore.

    Does that mean that your website can now communicate with the AITpro Server and you need to request an Activation Key for that website?  Most likely that is what it means.

    Hmmm.. that’s weird.. last night it won’t let me “Get Key”.

    You are right. One of our website can now communicate with BPS Pro Activation IP address.

    2 more websites and we are good to go.

    Yep, we changed nothing on our end so obviously the Host did something on their end.
