BPS Pro not displaying, BPS Pro pages blank, BPS Pro pages empty, BPS Pro pages white

I have seen other forum postings about specific plugins causing problems with the BPS Pro display.  I do not think I am running any of the ones I have seen. How can I determine which plugin is causing this conflict so I can get some help to resolve it? We are running BPS Pro 11.6.1 with the Avada theme.

Are you talking about the BPS Pro Dashboard Status Display?  If so, have you changed any BPS Pro S-Monitor settings to display or not display things?

No, I get the status bar/dashboard and the menu on the menu bar.  But the main content is completely empty so I cannot make or change any setting changes.

Oh ok then that is a BPS Pro Activation Key problem.  Ie the Activation Key you are using is not valid.  Double check that your Activation Key is correct and click the Save Activation Key button after you make any changes to your Activation Key.

BPS Pro Activation Steps:
1. Enter the BPS Pro Download-Request Key that was emailed to you when you purchased BPS Pro into the Save Download-Request Key text box and click the Save Download-Request Key button.
2. Click the Get Activation Key button to get your BPS Pro Activation Key. Your Activation Key will be emailed to your PayPal email address that you used to purchase BPS Pro with.
3. Copy and Paste the BPS Pro Activation Key that was emailed to your PayPal email address into the Save Activation Key text box and click the Save Activation Key button.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Some Activation Keys contain dots (.) as part of the encrypted Activation Key. If your Activation Key contains a dot at the end of your Activation Key it is not a period and is part of the Activation Key. Copy the entire Activation Key including any dots (.) into the Save Activation Key text box and click the Save Activation Key button.
• Each website requires its own unique BPS Pro Activation Key. Do the BPS Pro Activation Steps below on each of your websites.
• If you change your domain URL in any way then request a new BPS Pro Activation Key. Domain URL changes would be changing your domain name, moving your website to a new folder/URL, changing HTTP to HTTPS, changing your Domain prefix from www to non-www or vice versa.
• If you do not receive an Activation Key email, you can login to the BPS Pro Secure Download Area and get your Activation Key by using the Get Activation Keys Tool.

Thanks.  The activation fixed the display issue.

Is this (re)activation something I can expect to do often or when the plugin is updated?  I would have thought I only needed to do this one time.

Activation is a one-time thing for each individual website, unless something changes about your individual website domain URL.  The BPS Pro Activation Keys are your website domain URL encrypted.  ie http or https, www or non-www or other subdomain and the root domain URL. In your specific case you changed your URI Scheme from http to https on your website.

I  have read some of the the other posts on the topic, but they do not seem to be the same problem. BPS pro has been working fine, but now all the BPS Pro admin pages are blank except for the Setup Wizard Page. I logged into the BPS Pro Xternal Tools (XTF) panel but am not sure what to do there….there are 4 quarantine files. Not sure where to go from here……thanks!

@ Wendy – Sounds like you need to request a new BPS Pro Activation Key for this website.  What is the full domain name URL?  Example:  http://www.example.com/

Thanks, but I can’t even get to the activation page…it is blank also. The site is on a test domain right now, but has not changed in any way http://198.57.247.239/~miltonadams/SimpleChurchAtHome.com

I checked the API Server log files and I see that an Activation Key was requested today for your website and BPS Pro is successfully activated on your website.  How did you install BPS Pro on this website?  Have you moved or copied files manually using either FTP or your web host control panel?  Was the site migrated to a different host server by you or your web host?

Try this:
1. Use FTP or your web host control panel file manager and delete the /bulletproof-security/ plugin folder.
2. Use the WordPress Upload Zip installer and reinstall the bulletproof-security.zip file.
3. Re-run the Pre-Installation Wizard and Setup Wizard.
Note: Doing this will not change or effect any of your BPS Pro settings and will only install new BPS Pro files.

@ adam tracksler – Looks like you need to request a BPS Pro Activation Key:  https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/bps-pro-not-displaying/#post-29334  Before you do that, upgrade BPS Pro to the most current version, which is BPS Pro 12.7.

My BPS Pro installation at first day worked fine. In the second day, the interface just shows blank screen like this:

Even when I click the above link to go to Login Security page, the interface brought me back to Log menu as in the above.
Please assist regarding the matter. It would be such a waste if your plugin did not work, since I plan to use it in several websites.

@ M. Renaldi – I checked the AITpro API server logs and what has occurred is that you have changed this site:  http://gamxxxxxxxxxx.com from http to https. Go to the BPS Pro Setup menu > Activation page and request a new BPS Pro Activation Key for this site.
