Sorry for so many questions, but I have read and reread the instructions for BPS Setup Wizard AutoFix (AutoWhitelist|AutoSetup|AutoCleanup) Notice ,after Setup is completed.

I turned on BPS UI|UX|AutoFix Debug, I got a big list, but I am not sure what to do with it, and should I turn BPS UI|UX|AutoFix Debug back off after obtaining the list?

Not sure why you are trying to debug scripts.  At this point send me a WordPress Administrator login to your website to:  info@ait-pro.com  I think you have a much bigger problem if your hosting account is hacked.  And that would explain the odd problems since hackers write very poor code that cause php errors and other problems.
