Bulk Delete Quarantine Files

Hi, I made a mistake and I have 3000+ files in quarantine. When I try to bulk select to delete the files by ticking the “select all” box nothing happens – it will only let me delete these files if I tick each box individually. Is there something else I need to do to delete the files in one go? Thanks

Go to the BPS Pro > Tools > DB Table Cleaner|Remover tool > Select the Drop Radio button for this database table xxxx_bpspro_arq_quarantine. Click the Empty|Drop button to delete the quarantine database table. A new blank Quarantine database table will automatically be created.

Then use FTP or your web host control panel file manager tool and delete all the folders that are under the quarantine folder:  /wp-content/bps-backup/quarantine/
