I’ve just downloaded BulletProof, but have not yet activated it. BulletProof downloaded and installed automatically from my WordPress dashboard. I thought it was more secure to install plugins manually instead of automatic, but I didn’t see any manual installation. Am I correct or am I missing something? Any comments would be appreciated.

I believe it is just as secure to use the WordPress Dashboard plugin installer or the WordPress Upload Zip installer as it is to use FTP or your Web Host Control Panel File Manager to install BPS.
