I try to scan my websites but it keeps the following message: Calculating Scan Time Exceeded: Still calculating estimated scan time.
And a lot of time passes and it doesn’t scan on any of my websites, the plugin is already updated but I still have the problem.
It only worked for me on the new site that I just installed bullet today, the others continue with the same problem, what other solution could you have?
Click the Delete File Hashes Tool button and the Reset MScan button. Then run a new scan.
Note: Several BPS Pro users have experienced this problem. There is a recommendation in the MScan Significant Improvement Notice to do the steps above. I will automatically delete Plugin and Theme File Hashes and reset MScan for BPS free users during plugin upgrade in the next BPS plugin release to avoid this problem.
