Hi,

On of our websites on the same server as other websites which work ok, is giving the following error in Meta sharing debugger:

Curl Timeout The request to scrape the URL timed out.

Response Code – 418

And the link preview for the image is blank

Any ideas please?

Hi,

Is there anything in bulletproof that could be causing this?

We have tried so many things now without success

Try deactivating Root folder BulletProof Mode and testing things. If that works then try this solution > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/amazon-bot-unable-to-crawl-ads/#post-34402
