Hi,

On of our websites on the same server as other websites which work ok, is giving the following error in Meta sharing debugger:

Curl Timeout The request to scrape the URL timed out.

Response Code – 418

And the link preview for the image is blank

Any ideas please?

Thanks in advance

Looks like the cause of the problem is your SSL certificate. See this facebook topic > https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/765686558643258/?post_id=765686565309924

Hi,

Is there anything in bulletproof that could be causing this?

We have tried so many things now without success

Thanks

Try deactivating Root folder BulletProof Mode and testing things. If that works then try this solution > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/amazon-bot-unable-to-crawl-ads/#post-34402
