Can I scan website with Wordfence while running BPS at the same time?

I want to scan our website against malware codes by Wordfence or others but I need to be sure if its not a problem for BPS. Can I install wordfence and run its scan while using bps at the same time?

UPDATE: BPS Pro 13.3+ and BPS free 2.4+ versions have a malware scanner > BPS MScan Malware Scanner
You can use the BPS MScan Malware Scanner to detect hacker files or code anywhere under your Hosting Account or database.

I don’t think the Wordfence scanner causes any problems for BPS.  We have created a malware scanner in BPS 2.4 and BPS Pro 13.3.  So when the next versions of BPS are released you can use the BPS malware scanner instead.  Tentative BPS ETA release date is 8-21 to 8-29.
