    I reinstalled site. As I have activation number I thought that I should just to enter number. I have message that activation is successful. When I go to Wizard, I have message about custom htaccess file (to download zip). However, there is no signs, how to go further after download is done. Wizard page continuously show same download box. In other words, ” Click the Download Root htaccess File button and then continue with the BPS Setup Wizard setup.” not working, as after download nothing is happening and there is no way to open wizard page.

    Go to the BPS Pro > B-Core menu > htaccess File Editor tab page > Your Current Root htaccess File tab > copy your entire root htaccess file code in your forum reply.

    Oh ok then BPS Pro Activation was not successful.  I misunderstood what you meant.  Request a new BPS Pro Activation Key. Do not use your old BPS Pro Activation Key.  Go to the BPS Pro Activation page and follow the BPS Pro Activation steps on the Activation page.

    Do the BPS Pro Activation steps below again to get a new BPS Pro Activation Key:

    BPS Pro Activation Steps:
    1. Enter the BPS Pro Download-Request Key that was emailed to you when you purchased BPS Pro into the Save Download-Request Key text box and click the Save Download-Request Key button.
    2. Click the Get Activation Key button to get your BPS Pro Activation Key. Your Activation Key will be emailed to your PayPal email address that you used to purchase BPS Pro with.
    3. Copy and Paste the BPS Pro Activation Key that was emailed to your PayPal email address into the Save Activation Key text box and click the Save Activation Key button.

    You must not be going to the BPS Pro Activation page.  It is located under the BPS Pro Setup menu.  There are 3 BPS Pro menus:  BPS Pro menu, Logs & Info menu and Setup menu.

    ??? – Yes I do. You sent me now new key on my email (should I list the key here?). So, it is same as I’m using previous key or new key obtained by entire activation wizard (process). If I didn’t do it, how I get new key at 16:24 (my time), cca 20 minutes ago?

    Did you request a new BPS Pro Activation Key and then get that new Activation Key?  If so, then enter the new BPS Pro Activation Key you just got.  If BPS Pro is successfully activated you should be able to see the entire BPS Pro > B-Core > htaccess File Editor tab page.  If you still cannot see the htaccess File Editor tab page then send me WordPress Administrator login to this website so I can figure out what is going on.  Email:  info at ait-pro dot com.

    Ok I figured out the problem.  You have used code in your WordPress wp-config.php file to define your website URL > https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-change-site-address-or-url-in-wp-settings/. What is happening is that our API server sees your website domain URL with the http URL Scheme and you recently changed your site to https. The encrypted BPS Pro Activation Keys are your entire website domain URL including the URL Scheme. After you edit your wp-config.php file and comment out or change or remove the WP_HOME and WP_SITEURL code, you will need to go to the WordPress > Settings > General page and correct your URL Scheme. Currently your URL Scheme is http and not https, but you cannot change the URL settings until you remove, change or delete the WP_HOME and WP_SITEURL code in your wp-config.php file. Once you have done all of these things then request a new BPS Pro Activation Key.

    define('WP_HOME','http://example.com');
    define('WP_SITEURL','http://example.com');

    You most likely found issue, but it looks that it is not so easy to fix it. So, in Bitnami (WP module on LAMP stack – as it is not a case with WP stack), when you use Let’s Encrypt with Bitnami script (well done for auto renew), it ‘forget’ that Bitnami by default set site schema in HTTP and wp-config.php must be manually altered to HTTPS exactly in lines you quoted. Those lines can’t be removed (easy) as entire Bitnami schema (I guess – security reasons) is done slightly complicated. So, if I will remove it, site is broken. If I alter it, I can’t install BPS. However, it confused me as I’m doing several installations (99% same) and there is no such issue with other sites. Fact is that in this site, I forgot to alter HTTP. So, tomorrow, I will reinstall and problem solved (I guess).

    You can just change the URL Scheme to https instead of http in your wp-config.php file code.  As long as your site is seen as https then our API server will also see your site as https.  Currently your site is seen as http because that is the code you currently have in your wp-config.php file.
