Bitnami server – chmod not permitted

Hi, why this error message on bps pro:

Warning: chmod(): Operation not permitted in /opt/bitnami/apps/gsis/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security/admin/wizard/pwizard-autofix-setup.php on line 681

We have permission 755 on directories and 644 on files.

how can I troubleshoot this issue?

Check the Bitnami WordPress configuration help topic here > https://docs.bitnami.com/general/apps/wordpress/configuration/. I have no experience with configuring a Bitnami server so can’t really offer any specific suggestions. Most likely you are going to need to edit your server configuration “conf” files.
