    When I select the all check box and then submit to delete Quarantined Files nothing happens. The files still remain. I have tried many times and even waited a few days to try again. F.Y.I – I have over 1800 files accumulated there if that matters at all. Everything else is working fine and I can delete my log files and the like just fine.

    Yes, 1800 files in Quarantine matters.  Typically most servers will only allow you to delete up to 300-500 quarantined files at one time max.  If you have BPS Pro 8.3 installed then use the Sort/Search feature to delete files by sorting them first.

    I have not check my Quarantined file for several months and now I have just looked at my Quarantined Section and it says I have “Total number of Quarantined Files: 3967”  They are all error_log files. When I click “Delete Files and all files are check and then click “Submit” for them all to be deleted it does not delete them all.  How Do I delete them all at one time since this is not working. I check theses of one at a time or check off 100 one by one and delete it is just taking to much time.  How do I get rid of all these quarantined files at once.  I have set it up so it will not look at this file anymore for changes but I need to get rid of these.

    @ guy te watson – use the Quarantine Sort|Search feature:  Quarantine Sort Search feature

    Or if the same file|filename has been quarantined over and over 3,000+ times then the Sort|Search feature would return the same excessive number of files.  In that case use the BPS Pro Xternal Tools (XTF) Form.

    BPS Pro Xternal Tools (XTF) are intended to be used when you are unable to login to your website to fix an issue/problem.  You can turn Off BPS Pro features using the XTF Form options without having to be logged into your website.
