Convert Pro – 403 error

I am having a difficult time with opt-in plugins so I now am trying another one and have yet another to try.
This one is now giving a 403 here.. this is for Convert Pro:

Do these steps to fix the problem:

Copy the modified wp-admin htaccess code below into this wp-admin Custom Code text box: 4. CUSTOM CODE BPSQSE-check BPS QUERY STRING EXPLOITS AND FILTERS
Overwrite any existing htaccess code in that text box.
Click the Save wp-admin Custom Code button.
Run the BPS Pro Pre-Installation Wizard and Setup Wizard.
