    After purchase and login, I never received my download or activation keys. I’ve received all other email concerning BPS.

    Your automated BPS Pro Download-Request Key email was sent to your paypal purchase email: bxxxxxxxx@comcast.net. I manually resent your BPS Pro Download-Request Key email. If you do not see the email then check your junk/spam email folder.
