DB Backup Download – 403 error, 404 error

Hi,

My VPS has recently been moved to a new Host and I’ve had a few minor problems, among other things manually downloading a DB backup opens a 403. I can see the zip in the folder via FTP and the URL looks correct, I just can’t download it from BPS Pro, could this be a “folder permissions” problem  or is it a bug?

Go to BPS Pro DB Backup > click the Create Backup Jobs accordion tab > use the Rename|Create|Reset Tool > click the Rename|Create|Reset button.  You should run the Setup Wizards again any time you move/migrate websites/servers.
