Hello! This has happened now on three sites that I tried to edit in elementor, and it would not load, so I had to disable and delete Bulletproof then the pages load in Elementor. Any idea why this started happening? (all my sites are built in elementor) Thanks!!

BPS Pro has built-in troubleshooting capability > you can turn off/on all features individually to figure out which BPS Pro feature is causing a problem > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting The only case where you would uninstall BPS Pro is if there was a BPS Pro installation problem.  The Security Log logs what is being blocked. Check your Security Log and post any log entries related to Elementor.

Thanks, First of all, a huge thank you for your continued help!!

#1.I wish I could whitelist elementor in general becasue its very tedious scrolling through all the log entires to isolate elementor entries, any chance?

#2. I don’t know what to do with this entry becasue the request URI is bulletproof, but it involves elementor:

    Event Code: PFWR-PSBR-HPRA

#3. This was auto generated today -probably when I tried to edit a page and elementor would not open, it is similiar to what I found in the log but those have numbers added to the version, so I am confused about should I add the below  (#4) to the whitelist

I did isolate these entries to add to the already long  firewall list -so I just add this to the <label>Plugins Script|File Whitelist Text Area and SAVE Whitelist Options? </label>

So yeah I am planning on releasing a new BPS Pro version because this problem with Query Strings being added to plugin URL’s started about 9 months ago. It seems to be a problem with WordPress itself or something major was changed in a way that several plugins now add Query Strings to plugin URL’s which is obviously a major mistake.

For now add this Plugin Firewall whitelist rule below: This same rule would need to be created for any other plugins where WordPress is failing.

    /elementor/assets/js/(.*).js(.*)
