LouisParticipant
I keep getting this error message in my security log was wondering what it is and how to fix it if I have to? I copied the error code below
[403 GET Request: November 24, 2024 - 8:26 pm] BPS Pro: 17.4 WP: 6.7.1 Event Code: PFWR-PSBR-HPRA Solution: https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/security-log-event-codes/ REMOTE_ADDR: GDPR Compliance On Host Name: pool-99-228-59-33.cpe.net.cable.rogers.com SERVER_PROTOCOL: HTTP/1.1 HTTP_CLIENT_IP: GDPR Compliance On HTTP_FORWARDED: GDPR Compliance On HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR: GDPR Compliance On HTTP_X_CLUSTER_CLIENT_IP: GDPR Compliance On REQUEST_METHOD: GET HTTP_REFERER: https://extremedealsoftheday.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bulletproof-security%2Fadmin%2Fsecurity-log%2Fsecurity-log.php REQUEST_URI: /wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security/admin/js/bps-arq-ajax.js?ver=17.4 QUERY_STRING: ver=17.4 HTTP_USER_AGENT: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/131.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
AITpro AdminKeymasterThe error means that the BPS Pro Plugin Firewall is not working. Go to the Plugin Firewall > click the Deactivate button > Click the Activate button. Clear your caching plugin cache. Clear your Browser cache. If you are using a Proxy/VPN browser then use a regular browser. Let me know if you are still seeing that Security Log entry.
LouisParticipantHey how’s it going?
So I deactivated plugin firewall and then re-activated, cleared the caches for the website I use WP Rocket, and I also cleared browser and no I do not use VPN, only WiFi connected.
I keep getting these error messages too
AITpro AdminKeymasterAre you using CloudFlare and WP Rocket together? Are you using any other type of caching plugin or WAF/Firewall plugin or another security plugin?
LouisParticipantNo I am just using WP Rocket I don’t use CloudFlare, and the only other plugin I can think of that I am using that comes close to using caching is The Plus Add-on For Elementor, but I have there performance settings set to on demand which means that they don’t cache or add any performance features.
So basically it lets WP Rocket or any other cache plugin do its job.
And also Elementar Pro plugin performance features but I have those all deactivated.
And The Plus Add-on I just mentioned also needs Elementor in order to function as they’re widgets are add-ons for Elementor.
And security plugin I use is only BPS
LouisParticipantHey also I just remembered this right now, not sure exactly where this would fall under? So I used Google recaptcha 3 for my login and sign up form created with The Plus Add-on, I noticed awhile ago, I created a dummy account to just see how my website looked from a customer view.
I noticed I was having issues with the Google Recaptcha 3, so I turned off JTC settings in BPS and it started to work perfectly for registering and logging in.
That’s all of the stuff I can think of, just trying to provide as much information for you so I can hopefully resolve this issue?
AITpro AdminKeymasterAt this point send me a WordPress Admin login to your site so I can figure out what is breaking the BPS Pro Plugin Firewall feature. Most likely Google ReCaptcha will work normally after figuring out what is causing the problem.
AITpro AdminKeymasterResolved > There were invalid whitelisting rules in the > Plugin Firewall Additional Whitelist Tools > Whitelist by Hostname (domain name) and IP Address text box.
