Thanks
AITpro AdminKeymasterYou would follow the steps below and add this file/folder path: /homepages/35/xxxxxx/htdocs/cartes-de-voeux/wp-content/themes/sofa_downloadshop/gateways/paypal.ipn_results.log instead of the “/example/path-to-file/demo.php” file/folder path shown in the example below.
Steps to create an AutoRestore single file exclude rule:
Note: Using example file/folder path “/example/path-to-file/demo.php” for this example.
Note: The Root website folder will typically contain both WordPress and non-WordPress files. ARQ has been designed to allow you to exclude any file in your Root website folder, whether it is actually a WordPress or non-WordPress file.1. Go to the AutoRestore page and turn Off AutoRestore.
2. Go to the Quarantine page and copy the demo.php file path: Example: /example/path-to-file/demo.php to a text file on your computer for reference to use later in these steps. Note: If you already restored the demo.php file then check the Quarantine Log for the file path for this demo.php file.
3. Restore the demo.php file that is in Quarantine.
4. Go to AutoRestore > Add|Exclude Other Folders & Files tab page > Exclude Folders & Files tool Form > Select Exclude an Individual File > paste the file path of the demo.php file in the Enter an Exclude Folder or File Path text box and click the Exclude button.
5. Turn AutoRestore back on.Additional General Help Info: Steps for creating an AutoRestore wp-content folder exclude rule:
