The EZPZ One Click Backup plugin uses the PHP exec function. This function may be blocked/disabled in your custom php.ini file or your web host may have this function disabled in the Server’s php.ini file. To allow this php function to be enabled / allowed on your website remove/delete exec from the disable_functions directive in your custom php.ini file >>> disable_functions = system, passthru, shell_exec, show_source, popen, pclose, pcntl_exec. If you do not have a custom php.ini file or have not created a custom php.ini file for your website contact your Web host and ask them to assist you with this issue.
