    Hi,

I’ve tested and and even put the whole plugin folder in the whitelist. However, some other users encounter error 301: Unable to pload Plugins. Unable to load plugin ‘controls’, url: ‘flowplayer.controls.swf'”

Especially users using old macs. What could be the problem?

    Please help.

    Thanks!

To whitelist all swf files in a plugin folder you would create a whitelist rule like this /plugin-folder-name/(.*).swf

To whitelist all php files in a plugin folder you would create a whitelist rule like this /plugin-folder-name/(.*).php

To whitelist all js files in a plugin folder you would create a whitelist rule like this /plugin-folder-name/(.*).js

Post any errors in your Security Log that are directly related to the FV Flowplayer plugin.  Please do not post your entire Security Log.

The Plugin Firewall whitelist rule you would add to the Plugin Firewall Whitelist Text area is /fv-wordpress-flowplayer/flowplayer/(.*).swf, click the Save Whitelist Options button and activate the Plugin Firewall again.

Also check all of your Plugin Firewall whitelist rules.  If there is even 1 mistake in the format of the whitelist rules it will negate all the whitelist rules.  Whitelist rules are separated by a comma and a space between each rule.

    Example Correct format:  /plugin-folder-name1/plugin-script-name1.js, /plugin-folder-name2/plugin-script-name2.js, /plugin-folder-name3/plugin-script-name3.js
