I have my website hosted with hostgator.  I recently moved it there.   When I have BPS enabled I continually get files into quarantine.   I have determined these are caching files – and have added the directories these file appear in as an exception but it does not work.  Files continue to go to quarantine.    If I disable caching the problem goes away.   If adding the directory exceptions into quarantine don’t seem to work – is there a workaround – or do I need to disable caching on this website that is handled by the provider.   Please provide any suggestions you have.    Thank you

Go to the AutoRestore > Exclude wp-content Folders tab page > enter the folder name where cache files are being stored > click the Save Folder Exclude Rules button.

    Example:
If your caching plugin is saving cached files to this example folder:  /wp-content/example-cache-folder.
    Then enter:  example-cache-folder
