    I am using BULLETPROOF 6.9 SECURE .HTACCESS and i want to allow access to one specific folder: “private”. I want full access to everyone: list, indexing, download etc. Currently i can index if i put a index.php file in it, but cant read TXT files nor download anything. Always redirect to 403. My htacces was generated by BPS Setup Wizard.

    I f i delete my custom index.php in that folder, BPS htaccess redirects to 404 error page in a wordpress layout.
