    Hi,

When I try to edit the .htaccess through B-Core I get a 403 error. The related security log entry is shown below. The IP address (masked as nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn) is a fixed IP address for my network. Is this normal for managing BPS pro plugin using an admin account?

You should be able to edit htaccess files without seeing a 403 error.  I need more specific information about this particular website in order to troubleshoot further.  ie website domain name, IP address, etc.  Please send the Security Log entry you posted above to info at ait-pro dot com.

Most likely a mod_security issue/problem.  The BPS Query String Exploits is being blocked by something on the server and a 403 error is being generated.  Pending email response from host on options available to correct the problem permanently.  A workaround was created for now.
