    Hi. I just deleted WP Super Cache from my site but it seems to have taken the htaccess file from my wp-admin folder.

    Can someone give me guidance as to how to replace it?

    Go to B-Core >>> Security Modes tab page and activate wp-admin BulletProof Mode again.
