I am getting messages like this, on average, every 3 minutes:
A file has been sent to Quarantine
Total Number of Files Quarantined: 0

To view the file that was quarantined, log into your website and go to the BPS Pro Quarantine page. Click the Read Me help button on the Quarantine page for instructions on what to do next.

***Please tell me how to stop these hundreds of notifications I’m getting every day. ***  Thanks.

Go to the Quarantine Log page and post your Quarantine Log file contents so I can see what file(s) is being quarantined.

Unfortunately, I’m logged out of the backend of my wp-admin again.  I sent a separate email to you about this about 1.5 hours ago with FTP.  I tried to reset my wp-admin password, and nothing is working.  I’m wondering if any Wp files are being quarantined again. If so, how do we keep this from happening again.

I checked this site via FTP:

The same problem that happened before with WP Core files being quarantined did not occur again.  You just need to create an AutoRestore single file exclude rule for the default server error_log file that is being repeatedly quarantined.  I sent you an email with the steps to create an AutoRestore single file exclude rule for the default server error_log file:  http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/autorestore-quarantine-guide-read-me-first/#autorestore-exclude-rules.  I don’t know why you are having a problem logging in.  So it must be a different problem.  Explain in specific details exactly what is happening when you try to login to this site.

[Root File AutoRestore Logged: September 18, 2016 10:45 am]
    Quarantined Filename: error_log
    Quarantine Path: /xxxxx/xxxxx/public_html/xxxxx.com/wp-content/bps-backup/quarantine/root-files/error_log
    Restore Path: /xxxxx/xxxxx/public_html/xxxxx.com/error_log

Note:  The login problem was caused by something else.  The repeated ARQ email alerts issue is due to a default server php error log file being repeatedly quarantined.  The solution is above:  http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/i-am-getting-notifications-on-average-every-3-minutes/#post-30981
