My best guess would be that you are using the CDN by CloudFlare (offers DDoS protection) option setting in WP Fastest Cache and that is what is preventing you from being able to login.  Maybe you can whitelist your IP address?  Not really sure since I don’t use CloudFlare or WP Fastest Cache.  You would probably want to contact CloudFlare instead of WP Fastest Cache support if you cannot figure out a way to whitelist your IP address.

Those IP addresses in your BPS Security Log appear to be Bot IP addresses, which should be blocked.  Also the BPS Security Log logs all 403 errors whether or not BPS is causing the 403 error/block.  These Security Log entries have nothing to do with the CloudFlare Anti-DDoS Login page issue.

Thank you for your answer but the problem I am not using CloudFlare I only use Fastest Cache integrate on my cpanel I also have the 404 error when I do https://www.example.com/wp-login.php?redirect_tohttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Dtie-theme-options&reauth = 1

Ok well I was taking a logical guess.  WP Fastest Cache does not offer DDoS protection.  BPS does not offer DDoS protection.  So maybe this is something your web host offers?  I don’t offer support for other plugins and general website problems.  I only offer support for my plugins > BPS and BPS Pro.  So I guess you would need to contact your web host support regarding the problems that are occurring.
