    Email Question:

I tried to update JetPack and W3 Total Cache without turning the quarantine off. Now I have this huge file in the quarantine and I can’t get rid of it. I had to restore both Total Cache and Bulletproof Security to the settings before I updated because the website crashed. Right now, BPS Pro is turned on with all the attached files (PDF) still in the quarantine. I would like to update Total Cache if you can tell me how to get rid of the quarantined files. I tried to delete them and restore them. I also reset the last modified time. There also seems to be a problem with the headers in BPS Pro, shown in the screenshot.

UPDATE|OBSOLETE:  BPS Pro compensates for this problem now – this is a non-issue/problem will no longer occur. BPS Pro XTF replaces the obsolete arqdelete.php script.

BPS Pro Xternal Tools (XTF) are intended to be used when you are unable to login to your website to fix an issue/problem.  You can turn Off BPS Pro features using the XTF Form options without having to be logged into your website.
