    Hi,

Although JTC Anti-Spam for Comment Form is activated, there are still spam comments getting through.
Comment option is deactivated for WordPress.

Can you help me how to resolve this?

Which JTC Form checkboxes are checked?  Login Form, Register Form, Comment Form, etc.?  Which User Roles checkboxes are checked?  Administrator, Editor, Author, etc.?  “Comment option is deactivated for WordPress” > does that mean that your WordPress Settings > Discussion page settings does not have this checkbox checked > Allow people to submit comments on new posts?  Do you have this checkbox checked > Users must be registered and logged in to comment?  Are the spam comments human spammer comments or spambot comment spam?

    • login form: checked
    • register form: checked
    • lost password form: checked
    • comment form: checked
    • User roles: nothing checked

    WordPress

    • Allow people to submit comments: unchecked
    • Users must be registered and logged in to comment: unchecked (missed that one to set to checked)

    Seems to be spambot comments.

Is it the unchecked setting of the users to be registered and logged which makes the spam still coming in?

Checking the Users must be registered and logged in to comment option setting should stop the spambots.

Even after checking this option the spambots are not blocked.

Maybe something else you have installed is preventing JTC from working correctly?  Post a link to your site so I can check it.  Or send the website link via email:  info@ait-pro.com
