Fatal error: require() Failed opening required bps-maintenance.php in index.php on line 19

Hi – used maintenance mode on a site,

Front end – when the time was up it appeared not to allow access, so turned off via the tab leaving the message etc in the setup.

It appears my end as in I can see the site.
However when other users try to access they recieve

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/nsite/public_html/bps-maintenance.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in/home/site/public_html/index.php on line 19

Download the wordpress.zip file
Unzip the zip file on your computer.
Delete the index.php file here: /public_html/index.php
Upload a new index.php file to your /public_html/ folder
