Massive Brute Force Attack Underway

I read from another WP Security plugin site that there is a “massive brute force attack underway”. http://www.wordfence.com/blog/2014/02/large-distributed-brute-force-attack-underway/ Would this affect our BPS Pro protected sites ? Or this would  be just another normal day  like any other day in the BPS Pro Security Logs ?

Yes, this is just another day just like any other day in regards to your website security protection.  Brute Force attacks are not something new and have been going on steadily and regularly for a long time on the Internet:  http://blog.sucuri.net/2013/04/mass-wordpress-brute-force-attacks-myth-or-reality.html

A significant increase in Brute Force attacks has been going on for about 2 weeks now.  We have been receiving a lot more emails than usual from folks in the past 2 weeks about user accounts being locked out.  If you are having any issues with user accounts being locked out then see the links below for additional things you can do to protect your site from Brute Force attacks.
